Community radio broadcasting stations are regulated, promoted and supported by a number of agencies and organizations.  Here is a list of those who are of particular significance to the operation of FM107.5:

The Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) represents community broadcasting at meeting with government.  The CBAA’s Codes of Practice provide a basis for the operation of community radio stations.  In particular, the CBAA operates the Community Radio Network (CRN) which provides stations with additional programs.

The Community Broadcasting Foundation Ltd supports community broadcasting stations by providing supplementary funding for purchase and operation of station equipment.

The National Ethnic and Multicultural Broadcaster’s Council (NEMBC) supports the broadcasting of ethnic and multicultural community programs.

The Australian Communications and Media Authority licenses and regulates Australian radio stations.

Southern Community Broadcasting Association

The Southern Community Broadcasting Association (SCMA) is committed to the development of the community broadcasting sector. It supports and assists members via training, workshops etc and in the CERN (Community Emergency Radio Network).
