The Old Orange Crew is a new Facebook Group where locals are sharing some fabulous memories and history that the beautiful town of Orange has to offer.

The group’s 9,000+ members are sharing hidden stories from the past and are reconnecting with old friends.

On the Monday Morning Forum, Ann-Maree Coyte talked to the man who started it all, Geoffrey Cartwright, to learn more about this awesome, new group that is sweeping through Orange.

Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this interview Ann-Maree. I love what you said and had a good chuckle when Geoffrey Cartwright apologised to the people whose lives have been impacted i.e. losing sleep, not getting things done etc. An amazing Facebook page on so many levels, to which Geoffrey sounds quite humble about. Kudos to Geoffrey and whoever else is involved with the admin of the page, and thank you Ann-Maree for doing the interview

great Interview so…wonderful to hear your voice Anne-Marie and Geoffrey too……I well remember Paul Coyte at CBN channel 8…another golden voice….very best from Stephen F in far off southern Europe……

Thank you Ann Maree for giving me time to promote Molong Historical Society and the Orange Show, both organisations that I am so passion about. . I would like to add what a great promotion of the “Old Orange Crew” Facebook page.
I have been able to link with several of members who also have HOWARTH and SPURWAY connections. It is great to see all the old photographs from the Orange Historical Society, and the extra information that will become part of the history of Orange collection.
Thank you again for giving all local people the opportunity to promote themselves.
